Bob Kasner - President and CEO
Mr. Kasner has been involved in the mineral exploration and devleopment industry for over 40 years.  Mr. Kasner's experience in the exploration industry spans both working throughout Canada and overseas as well.  Mr. Kasner is also the CEO and President of Uranium City Resources.

John Orr, P.Eng. - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Orr is a mining professional with over 25 years experience. He has considerable experience with underground and open pit mining operations in both the base metal and precious metal sectors.

David Layman, CMA  - Chief Financial Officer
During his 26 year career, Mr. Layman has been a senior officer of a number of start-up public mining companies and mineral exploration companies. Most notably, Mr. Layman has served with Placer Dome Inc., MinVen Gold Corporation, Gold Fields (USA), Greenstone Resources Ltd. and World Wide Minerals Ltd. Most recently, Mr. Layman served in a consulting capacity to UrAsia Energy Ltd., which was taken public and subsequently merged with SXR Uranium One Inc. Mr. Layman is a Chartered Accountant, registered in the Province of Ontario.

John Cook, P.Eng. - Director
Mr. Cook has over 40 years experience as an engineer in the mineral exploration and development industry.  Mr. Cook is involved in a number of junior mining exploration companies.  Mr. Cook holds professional engineering licenses in the UK and Canada .

Jim Kermeen, P.Eng. - Director
Mr. Kermeen has over 50 years experience as an engineer in the mineral exploration and development industry.  Mr. Kermeen is involved in a number of junior mining exploration companies.  Mr. Kermeen also holds a professional engineering license.

Eike von der Linden, Dr.-Ing. - Director
Dr. von der Linden has been involved in the global mining industry for the past 30 years and currently resides in Germany. He has significant experience in both technical and financial management of mining projects.

Malcolm Bucholtz, B.Sc, MBA - V.P. Investor Relations
Mr. Bucholtz has 16 years experience as a Metallurgical Engineer in the manufacturing sector. Immediately prior to joining GLR Resources he was an Investment Advisor with a leading independent brokerage firm in Canada.
